arbuckle_smThe holidays are over. Now what?
Oh yeah...we've got to pay all the credit card bills from Christmas, lose weight and keep the rest of those resolutions we made.
To borrow a line from Elton John: "I guess that's why they call it the blues." If you and your listeners are fighting the mid-winter slump, here are a few ideas to help reconnect with life:
?    Interview a local nutritionist. Ask about what foods help fight the blues and all the other health advice that helps families make it through the winter. Make sure to run the regular disclaimer: "Ask your doctor if eating healthy is right for you."
?    Talk about kid-friendly home organization. Go a step beyond how to clean the house. Talk with someone who can help mom find easy ways to get the kids involved in home organization. This is a great topic for both on-air and Facebook page conversations. Involve mom in the conversation.
?    Get ready for the Super Bowl. Football isn't just a guy's sport any more. Think of it this way: Women + Football + Friends = Opportunities for you to be part of the conversation. Talk party recipes, plans, people. Jump in head first and become part of mom's team.
Beat the blues by starting the conversations that help mom keep her family active.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
